Why do people disagree? π―οΈ
Why are there conflicts, wars, and evil? π₯
I searched for an answer
and found it in not-ism
which is an acknowledgement of:
β¨ That there is good in everything,
but it is up to us, to search for it
π That the state of the world is the way it is,
because we don't know any better, but we can learn
π¬ We have words, concepts and institutions, such as:
democracy, property rights, free speech, etc.
but we are not done with defining them π
There is so much more to learn about them, π‘
but we need to test them in the real world, π
because "only" theory is not enough β
Betina became a lawyer because she wanted to save the world. A naive approach that she sticks to.
As a lawyer, she quickly learned that lawsuits are a loser's game, where many ugly conflicts ended of otherwise good collaborations, because contractual partners locked their collaboration in bad law - ironically enough to "safeguard" themself.
She stands today with the
